I hate how clever this is of you. Release the miles because that was all the hype. And then release the full workout after they all absolutely destroy everyone. Well played chavez

Dang Mac! A few of those shots switching between groups and seamlessly changing direction while keeping pace were freaking awesome! You’re really on your game

This is fabulous in so many ways- the energy of the architecting of the workout-the energy of Ritz as coach- the impressiveness of the workout itself-the music of the video- the prescience of Yared and Joe K- "The American record would be nice..." - "I want to break 13:00..." Just so great for our sport-thanks!!

I hope Ritz knows he is among American running royalty. We love him so much and give him shit because of that love. They say we guys banter the ones we love the most. It’s very true in his case, all of American and much of the running world have so much respect for him. He has given so much to our sport. He is a living legend, one of the few in our sport and a damn good gaffer (godfather - coach/manager).

Back in high school (senior in college now) when Ritz was still with Hansons, I was lucky enough to attend a high school summer running camp hosted by the Hansons team- one of my best memories was running a long run with a group of other 'campers', led by Dathan. As the Hansons team is local to my then high school and now college, I had always looked up to him as a runner, and felt like I was running with a celebrity! It's so cool to see how invested he is in the sport, at every level- from young high-schoolers to now one of the best professional teams in the nation, BIG fan of Dathan and all he is doing for the sport.
