The monster 2 is a good stability shoe still… you may be able to cancel the order if you just ordered it

I agree. I’ll cancel cloudmonster 2 in favor of the hyper version. With $20 dollars more, you get the most bang for your buck.

Cloudsurfer 7s were my go to shoe and have went thru multiple pairs. Never owned Monsters. Decided to get the Hypers. No regrets!! But I'll still use my Surfers everyday. Hypers for just Walk/Runs .

In the cloudmonster 1 or 2 you did a comparison towards cloudeclipse. Is the big difference: forward momentum versus neutral ? Cloudtecphase versus cloudtec And some minor differences?

@keesjrR great question! Cloudtec phase is a much more plush experience as the midsole collapses more under weight. The cloud monster hyper is a more propulsive ride for sure. The cloudeclipse is mostly for easy miles because it’s very cushioned and forgiving on the joints. The hyper is for going faster with a nice amount of soft cushioning (not a huge amount).

@@trailandkale I am not a runner, enjoying cloudhorizon waterproof at the moment with walks. Since I am a bit heavier then most people I am around 95-98 kilo, It could feel a bit too heavy for on cloud.

@@trailandkale Probably because of my weight the cloudtecphase could feel good, but also bad. I like it on the cloudhorizon waterproof (I know it's a walking/hiking shoe) But with more support ( missiongrip at the bottom)
