This film had somewhat preachy lines of dialogue. To my my top five Seagal films are: Nico (aka Above the Law), Out for Justice, Hard to Kill, Marked for Death, and Under Siege.

Very good review Mike I like this quite a bit. I like Seagal actually put effort into it with the cinematography and special effects and location shoot's Hard to believe that in recent years his in movie's where it looks like it was filmed on a phone I always felt it was good when Seagal had a good cast around him also he did for Fire down below. Mind you Joan Chen was really good in the 1987 film the last emperor I have to say this was actually better than Van Dammes the Quest But yeah this very much the beginning of Seagals Silver age 94-01 ending with exit wounds As his golden age was 88-92 But once you get to movies like the Foreigner and out for a kill it starts getting ridiculous

Seagal Vs Sir Michael Caine. In this Environmental but Fun Action Film. I never hated it when i first watched it. Mainly because i found Seagal’s Direct to video films to be funny. But that’s just me saying my honest opinion. To each their Own. Nice Environmental Video Mike ♻️♻️♻️♻️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

He's an acquired taste for sure. But I really enjoy his early action work from the late 80's all the way till the late 90's. His run at that time was every bit as good as any other action hero of his era. Hit after hit. And even some of the ones that didn't do as well like this film, were still entertaining to watch.

Saw it in theaters at 12 and it was decent fun
