I love how it kinda sounds cliche for a 90s boy band. But when you relisten to the lyrics thinking of how they are at the heart of the TechnoCyte virus, it's a whole new meaning. Precisely!! You can at the moment for the next few days visit the abandoned Höllvania Central Mall. If you walk around the square with the pizza/burger stand with tables, there's headphones scattered all over them and the floor. At first the song starts out like any other boyband song but as it goes on, the lyrics start becoming more menacing, more ominous. "Now that you're invested" sounds more like "now you're infested" as the music starts earworming into your brain as the virus starts to chant "join us embrace us never ever erase us". And the song just ends with a very menacing line.

I think one reason infested liches took so long to make was because it was hard to justify giving them personalities. Making them a 90s boyband was the last direction I was expecting, but it's both awsome and hilarious. Music is also an interesting motif for a hivemind given the way it brings people together. Makes me wonder if it will be a bigger part of the infested as a whole.

So, personal belief.. the Infested Lichs will probably be much more higher quality and more personalities, due to how the infested are. For the kicker though. I believe it won’t just be one lich, but a differently generated band every time, similar to how the sister works with the hounds. And what we see in the video could be the final confrontation. I overall can’t wait for the infested lich’s due to what the Devs could do with our new boy band infested.

The subtlety of the Infestation with these Lyrics is amazing. The Infestation is getting smarter, learning how to 'mezmerize' its prey. First it was through healing via Alro (The Emissary Nightwave), and now its using the talents of the hit boy band it assimilated to subconsciously turn the masses. I love this... Agree with a previous comment though... Round one of the fight with them needs to be a dance off or some kind of sing off like 'Friday Night Funkin'.
