During the meditation I asked a deceased family friend to give me a message to tell her living husband for his 85th birthday coming up in 2 days. The message was a person, I felt it was a man and not a woman, holding the hands over the heart making a heart sign to say love from the other side. My father was this mans best friend as a kid and his wife who died was my moms best friend, all of who have passed. So the love message, heart over the heart, was really from all of them on the other side. Great message.

I am watching this the day after. During this meditation today, as with many previous experiences, I see swirling colors. I wish I could recreate in art what I see in meditation. I traditionally see purples and blues just swirling and flowing, dancing even. A month ago I had a spectacular visitation dream with my Ryan. In the dream he entered my space first as the physical shimmers that I experience pretty frequently, but these were overwhelming....high energy, Then i saw a bright yellow light dancing all over the room and I yelled out RYAN! with great excitement and joy. He then stood in front of me in his Yellow Hollister teeshirt and comfy sweat pants. He invited me over and I jumped in his arms and hugged him. I could feel him, I could smell him. ❤️He said to me"Mom, I'm so sorry...I really wanted to share this life with you." I said Its ok honey and hugged him tighter. I woke up, thankfully, because I was able to remember every beautiful sensation, every blessed detail. A long intro to today's meditation where there was a profound presence of bright yellow light swirling in my visual field...and then the yellow blended with blues and purples and created different forms of green. Today is 11 months that Ryan transitioned...the dream happened on the 10 month of his transition...it was just beautiful. The thought that his beautiful light is present and also merging with mine and the other energies of my beloveds who have transitioned is a beautiful gift🥰 Thank you for sharing your gift and your energy with us🙏❤️🦋
