Closest thing I've found is "Parademarsch der 18 er Husaren". May in fact be it.

@@fod1855 finally someone with a suggestion!! I don’t think it is. The one the guards in the video play is an orchestral piece, the one you suggested was a proper march. But thanks very much anyway. Much appreciated
