Not a new weapon! Surplus old tactical missiles on their last legs! The 1 fired the next day went out of control & crashed 100's of Km's away! ie typical Russian engineering, they under-performs on mass! & writing a new Nuclear strategy policy after it was circumvented due to their own lack of strategic foresight, shows the arrogance of their planners of their adversaries capacity! Then the wide impact spread shows how low tech the targeting is, compared to western systems! This is clearly a knee-jerk reaction to being out manoeuvred yet again! Proving they are the 2nd best army in Ukraine! 😁
