Kemp Blair I was at this show also⚡️I was enlisted in the military at the time. It was truly magical, the set list was phenomenal, both sets. My favorite Jerry ⚡️Show no doubt. He was happy, he played the best rare cover tracks along with the originals I love. Waiting for a miracle being one. Bruce Hornsby was an amazing gift to this show as well

Wow, Jerry was 70 years old in 1985, but was only in his 50’s in 1987. Whatever unhealthy shit he did, he gave the world a vast ocean of amazing solos. I love Ruben, Cherish, Gomorrah, Midnite Moonlite, Run for the Roses. Sometimes when just covering some Dylan tune in 1982 at some East Coast liberal arts college, he’d blow your mind

Thanks for sharing this, I have to say it is difficult to see Jerry frustrated. " Help me sing my song"...is blown off completely. I miss Jerry's joy and authenticity to the bone... What I see here is the disappointments in the folks around him riding on the bus-es and doing another show.
