Probably a very good idea. Always need good frame rails, that you don't have to worry about! Peace of mind overruled the extra time it will take off your build schedule. The plan goal thing you showed is so true!!

@@BrianTaylor-v6q thanks for your support! Sometimes we really need that. Especially when we don’t know what we are doing… I’ve never done anything like this before. I’m just trying to figure it out as I go. But as long as we use some common sense and use the basics of the welding process, and pay attention to detail, mix in some determination, hard work, etc, then there’s no way we can fail. We will here and there along the way, but the 2nd one will be that much better, right? Have a goal: Plan, analyze, and adapt right?! 🤔😎

@@rustandmagic “they say that a a goal is a dream with a deadline.” Something else that put pressure on me to “get this done”, is a race event called the No Name Nationals. I obviously did not make the deadline. 🤔🤣 But I am that much closer to having this POS put back together. I’m just trying to prove to myself (and others) that it CAN be done. Even if we (I) don’t dont know what we (i am) are doing… I just want to give hope to others. And when I make a mistake, hope that others learn from it. 🤔🤣👍

Hope you got this car ....well, at a really....hope you didn't pay much for this.......car? I mean, after the clise up shots that you showed us, I mean, this old girl has had a very ROUGH life, to be nice about it. As bad as it is, should've been free of charge. Just to be honest. I mean, you hVe the skills needed to fix it, but, man, this will take at least 2 years to get the car where you can build it.

I love a challenge… I actually enjoy doing the work, even though I am still learning. I then sold one of them for $1800. And traded the other one for this Charger. I was hesitant to trade, but I have in and accepted the project. 😬
