-Sarah & Nathan sit down and discuss the in's and out's of her weekly DYN training, in preparation for 160m in competition. You'll get an inside view of the athlete's and coach's perspective on what we're doing and why.

This video marks the first 'official' training session with around 8-10 weeks to go until competition.
Today Sarah did;
-2 sets of 'Reverse CO2 table': 8x30m DYN with 'ascending' recovery, starting at 2 breaths, adding 1 breath per lap until 7-breaths.
-then, 3x60m, with 'full' recovery. Just meters in the fin, working on relaxed technique during the most important part of a max DYN: The first 2 laps.
This session was a total of 660m on breath-hold, which is nearing our target of 800 good quality meters per session (5x the goal).
