This (past 2) week(s) Sarah started the peaking process.
-Session 1: 4x50m (we went to the 50m pool in Sharm) + 2x 100m
- Session 2: warm-up (1:00 STA + 40m DYN) + 1x120m
And today for session 3: warm-up (1:00 STA + 40m DYN) + 130m
