I love the look of both of the timepieces you have here. Although I understand the reason Omega used an aluminum insert for the bezel of the special edition James Bond 300m, but unless I was buying it with the thought that the watch would increase in value, there's no way I would pay such a hefty price tag knowing how easy it is to scratch the coating on the aluminum bezel. The ease of which you can mar the bezel is the very reason that I didn't buy the Skyfall era of Planet Ocean timepiece either. Even though bezel on the Skyfall era of Planet Ocean watches is made of ceramic material, the matte gray finish on the bezel is an applied paint that scratches easily to reveal the scratch resistant base material underneath. I did however buy the newer iteration of the black Planet Ocean with the liquid metal and ceramic bezel due to the higher scratch resistance, and slightly upgraded 8900 movement. In my opinion, the best in the lineup of 75th Anniversary Omega Seamaster offerings is the 300m. The light play and color gradient on the dial are simply mesmerizing!

I prefer the watch on the right. It has a more classic aesthetic. Not a big fan of bulky looking watches. Not to mention that there are so many fake watches similar to the one on the left

not a fan of that striking blue on the heritage, too playful, i think this type of colourway is fine for micro that cost under $1000, fun type of watch, not something i will pay so much to have a "fun serious" watch, oxymoron
