Great vid! I like it, especially the orange one. One thing I'm not sure on, is the lug shrouds, I think they could have gone with it being even more integrated and have a smoother transition, and that would stop it looking so odd from the side.

I bought a Hull Commander and I love it. They were pretty easy to deal with. I am debating buying a Dumas - Soda edition. This brand doesn’t get enough love.

The Plongeur hands carry the whole design nicely. lots of retro in this one. of course also because of the angled case . The thickness is too much tho. Couldnt they reduce it to at least 14mm? :D

Great review, through and detailed. Don't know if this is the watch for me, don't know if I want something that thick. However, it is a really good looking watch, the colors are awesome, just wish it were a bit sleeker.

Agreed. Mine was so hard that the insert sheared off the adhesive holding it on. I've returned it for a replacement. Crappy bezel grip.

Is it very heavy? The bezel is dark blue? It´s a very good looking blue one, can work as a office watch also, look a bit elegant

Could you tell the exact model of the watch? It looks like SP-5081-GG however the watch on video has a more blue dial or is it light effect...

If I had $400 to spend, I would go to Long Island Watch, select one of the Islander series and pocket the difference. I would get a good time piece, mod it to my taste and walk away with a fun experience. Good review as usual.
