The Grafton and Upton Railroad seems to be thriving! I love seeing short line railroads making a big comeback. I only hope the Bay Colony Railroad can do the same.

The issue with the Bay Colony is the owners. They are a bunch of clowns. One can only hope for the BCLR to make a comeback.

Still confused about how this could possibly happen?. Barely anything in 80's. Nothing at all until 2012. I would have been impressed if they were only bringing in a car a week by now but how could this happen? Especially considering there is no more draper building?

Draper closed but other businesses that use rail were found and transload at this location. GU likely used a good marketing team to get these customers shipping by rail.

One more thing, I was there the other day and they were pushing the short covered hoppers with the graffiti into the green building with a front end loader. Wonder what they load or unload there? Crushed glass?
