Dough:
90g glutinous rice flour
90g rice flour
45g cake flour
90g sugar
405 ml milk
6 Tbsp Vegetable oil
100g Sweetened condensed milk
1tsp matcha tea powder
Red beans paste:
150g red beans, soak for 3 hours
1/4 tsp lye water (optional)
5 Tbsp vegetable oil
90g sugar
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
9g corn starch
5g cake flour
12g vegetable oil
24g maltose
Cooked glutinous rice flour
How to cook the glutinous rice flour?
-Grab a non-stick pan. No need to grease the pan. Stir-fry some glutinous rice flour over low heat for 1-2 minutes. Keep the heat low and keep stirring to avoid burning the flour. When the color of the flour slightly deepened, and you can smell the fragrance of cooked flour, then it is ready.
