We are often told not to eat processed foods. Plant based "milk" is a processed food, just like all the other plant based products that are made to look and taste like animal products. People who eat meat aren't trying to make meat products look like vegetables. Thank you for a very informative video.

I can NOT eat Oatmeal without getting a bad case of gas (that lasts for days). It is hard to work around other people, after I eat Oatmeal. Plus, I have to make many trips to the toilet, after eating Oatmeal. Oatmeal didn't do that to me when I was young. I used to make great Oatmeal cookies. A big batch of Oatmeal cookies didn't last long , I served them.

So I suppose getting pus along with other body waste in cows milk is not so bad then? There is not much of the above contaminants in cows milk and chemical residue in plant milks would be even less and you could buy organic plant based if you want to pay extra.
