I am looking at the labels. I look for low sodium and low sugar and raw sugar is better. I would rather have real sugar than these artificial sweeteners made in a lab. Stevia is an actual plant grown in South America. I know people won't want to 15:47 hear this, but most pop is carbonated flavored sugar water, with no vitamins or minerals. Leave the pop at the store. If it is in a box ir package do you really know what is in it. Raw fruit and vegetables you know what is in it. You can start doing this now. You are ALL the leaders. Grow your own garden or participate in a community garden. Tell others you know to do the same, and You will make an impact.
