A handstand is much more difficult and not a precursor. I'm surprised you don't mention two arm elbow lever and frog stand first. Strange progression. Certainly needs a mention of wrist warm up and wrist conditioning.

Schau mal in deinen Kamera Einstellung nach AE Messung, da kannst du die Belichzubgsmessung "arritieren" "Lock", auch AE-L bezeichnet, danach wird es nicht immer heller und dunkler. Grüße Mathias

Seriiously? Carrying and balancing your body weight on one arm this is a strength of a gymnast...plus look how tired he is from doing simply a few seconds
@vish3670
@vish3670 4 жыл бұрын
@@darthclone7 he did it many times during the video. That's why he's tired. Don't get me wrong dude, I can learn that exercise if I want to. But it's not really challenging. Plus, it's difficult for him because he's tall. I'm not so tall and heavy. So it'll be easy for me. I'm gonna stick to learning panche.😁

It would be great to have a human flag tutorial. But I guess it's an extremely hard move only Olympic champions can do and you haven't learned it yet.
