Calisthenics Skills is so fun... Not just train for muscle, Calisthenics is more like a lifestyle
@barquero71112 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. I first started going to the gym with the bodybuilding mindset (aesthetics, only weights and machines) but after a year I stayed for the performance element in the form of calisthenics

Thank you so much for making this breakdown!! I’ve been trying this combo for years and hit it once getting lucky, but this explains the mechanics well and gives a clear path forward. Been a fan for years combining Breaking and Calisthenics too 🤸🏻🏋🏻🙂

Them hand hops save you from falling huh? Jack hammer ftw. I like the head stand variation, that's a nice touch. I'm 305 lbs. Gunna trian to do this, it's been ten years or so, and I'm massively overweight

Speaking of elbows, was there any single exercise for getting over golfers elbow? Want to get back into training so bad but golfers elbow just been so hampering and chronic.

Thanks for this video. but a good prerequisite is important for this video. Not easy and injury prone those who are trying this please do a good warm up first. Thank you!❤️😁

Great tutorial as always, now you have to make a tutorial on darkhammers! Do you think learing Crickets then Jackhammers will finally unlock Darkhammers?
