Never been fond of the whip so I wonder how Syvarras Scales would work with Sheer Venom and poison injection like your night blade build. Since disease status is an aoe now I would think a charged bow with disease might go well with this set also

I love this build. I actually swapped unfathomable for Deadly to try it out. It’s also pretty damn strong! I also use this on one of my bow builds with poison inject. Super 🔥. This slaps in random BG’s and I can usually get away with 1v2 fight on my own and survive. I dominate every random BG. In cyrodiil it’s quite another story 😂

Don't have the transmutes to try myself, but have you tried swapping Syvarra on the NB bow build. Just curious if it would spread the DOTs faster rolling in those sweet heals.

I did try the NB build on every class. I put DK and Templar in B tier at best with the set up (compared to other classes). I have no doubt it can work, but it felt much worse on those 2 classes than the others with NB and Sorc being S tier and Arcanist/Warden being A tier. BUT, everyone is different and plays different. Ive never liked DK/Plar bow builds so that probably influenced it some for me as well. The Sorc actually ended up my favorite version and what I have been playing mostly on my own time.

Another awesome video and build guide. You are probably the most consistent ,and consistently awesome ESO content creator . I just returned to ESO like a week ago ,I've already made like 5 of your builds that you keep making videos for ,THEY ARE ALL SO GOOD . Solo 2 button arcanist ,dps stamina sorc ,those 2 i absolutely love and obviously I'll make this Dragonknight build asap and fuck people up in bgs.

Syv seems to be heavily weights with weapon/spell damage scaling. If you are missing even a small amount of the elements, it will drop fast. I have confirmed on both u41 and u42 it's acting consistently this way. As long as you have all the elements in place with the right amount of WD, you should get close to the values listed.

Stop the cheap proc sets pls...every one and her granny runing way of fire/ tarnished etc , where the dueling gone? I run a off meta titan borne / trickery dk and its a blast i do survive some shit too but 3-4 ppl peppering you with proc sets just aint fun at all...and if you survive their shit they dont even have much to keep em going just burst every 6-10 sec and then be a hussy and run to your team mates( i mean them obv not dooma ) . Like oof no fun at all I just got into pvp a few weeks ago and the more i play it the more shit it gets , sadge

I completely understand where you’re coming from, but realistically the only ones to bear the blame for the over abundance of proc sets is ZOS for their deplorable game balancing ability, the changes through various patches just make other sets innately inferior. ESO has the potential to have the best PvP of any modern MMO but ZOS doesn’t prioritize PvP over PvE and it’s unfortunate because if they reversed that prioritization this game would be peak, similar with The Souls series the PvP is what creates longevity for the series and keeps people playing long after PvE has been exhausted.

I do agree that if PvP had the attention, nothing would come close to ESO PvP in the MMO world. We are supposed to be getting some sort of PvP content in Q4 this year, so maybe/hopefully this is the first step in that direction a bit.

is that 11k poison damage value before or after cp points? im only getting 8500 xD but im also only cp 400, so it could be from missing those? my set is also only purple, if the one youre showcasing is gold, im sure that is also something to take into account!

Hi Zelraths! First, thank you for the comment and apologies for the super delayed response. 🙏 I am just returning from being out from surgery. If you are interested, there are some comments in the comment section here we had some discussions on this about. I am not sure exactly what is going on, but there seems to be some sort very sensitive scaling thing going on. Even a small reduction in weapon damage has a very large reduction in tool tip damage. I verified this on 2 different patches to make sure it wasnt a patch thing. If you have the same weapon damage shown in the video, you should have a very similar tool tip. If your weapon damage is less, even by what seems to be a small amount, the tool tip is going to drop very fast.

How do you personally think this could work on a Nightblade? I'm currently messing around with them on a Magicka Nightblade with Oakensoul. Don't have your sort of numbers yet, as some stuff is still scuffed, but it is still fun play.

Hi there! I personally don't see Bruiserblade when I look at this set up, but that shouldn't deter you at all from giving it a solid shot. People make the wildest things work super well and everyone is different. I've had weird setups that shouldnt work well, work fantastic for me, and I have had a straight across the board meta set up that I hated and ultimately did bad with because of it. I've had people take a build I have made, and make changes making it an objectively worse build stat wise, but they performed better with it. I've done the exact same with other people's builds when I first started ESO. One thing I have learned about ESO build-craft: Don't disregard anything until you have at least tried it once in game. I've been surprised countless times by things that ended up super great that were very average at best on paper. Likewise, things that checked all the boxes on paper, but ended up awful in game. Great question and I absolutely love that you took off running with this on another class. Great work! 💪

@@Dooma Thanks for the response. I'm currently running the same two sets with a Siphon Soul sort of skill lineup. I imagine there is a whole lot of ways this setup could be improved, and my PvP skills aren't amazing, but it is kind of funny that I'm effectively running 5 healing abilities, yet can still do noticeable damage. Something fun that I've run into with it is the ability to use Healing Contingency and Siphoning Attacks together to do a significant amount of healing and recharge my Magicka. All in all, it is fun. So, thanks for the inspiration.

Yea dude, I don't know, that's exactly what I was saying in the video. That is about where I remember it as well when testing it last year or so, and why I havent been using it. JUST to be sure, I rebuilt it on the PTS for u42 in the exact set up (the screen shots from the gear tool tips is actually from u42, with gameplay from u41), and it was the same, 11k tool tip. Make sure you check with everything rolling, including Minor Brutality from Mountain's Blessing (Just throw on Igneous Shield to proc it). Idk what is going on honestly. The tool tip seems to be extra "swingy" with weapon damage. Or there is something else entirely going on. I am really not sure. But if you can get it to that 10-11k tool tip range, its absolutely ridiculous in small scale rn.

A dot dk always does good and I also like making content on PC NA vs PC EU. EU builds very tanky like 40k+ hp now even in bgs - NA wasn't like that when I was last over there.

@@johnnymalone4313 You are very welcome! I know it’s not for everyone, but adapting to the rollypolly play style with well fitted traits really does elevate many 1 bar builds’ kit’s defensively. It’s a great way to back door the mitigation lost from not having a back bar, while gaining all the mobility.

Nice build as always! Didn't expect the syvarras set. Have you tested tarnished nightmare? It works very good for me, it can be proked by crows as well. But may try syvarras as well 😊

I havent personally tested Tarnished on this build, but I also don't think it would accommodate it very well since its mainly a sustained pressure build with a bit lower stats, so the proc from Tarnished probably wont be fireworks on this set up. Will just leave you with 7 second windows of no kill potential quite often I feel. Vs double sustained pressure sets that allow for the freedom to stun/whip spam kills without really having to coordinate it with a specific burst proc. I have no doubt it CAN work, but I feel the double sustained pressure option will warrant much more kill potential over time on a set up like this.

@@leivendil8824 You are very welcome. Tarnished should proc for you roughly every 8 seconds. The reason why it’s not as hot on a DK vs more traditional dk set ups (generally speaking) is typically you need to line up burst to kill proficient players. A gankblade is a perf example. Front load all your burst from stealth in 1-2 globals. You kill them before they can react. There are crit DK set ups using stuff like mech aquity, but most dk set ups are about stacking dots and ramping up sustained pressure (burst windows with things like whip and what not are secondary to the set up.) DKs are also inherently very tanky so you can out muscle damage while pushing out a lot of pressure around you. So if tarnished is kind of just randomly procing every 8 seconds, it’s just kind of randomly doing little spikes of damage for you unless you are hyper focused on it’s proc window and constantly setting up kill attempts during the actual proc. I am pretty sure I have an idea how your games are going as you climb a bit with tarnished. I could be wrong here, but I think you may find that effectiveness on a the dk is going to fall off quick (specifically if paired with another dot set, removing your ability to control the proc windows with all your dots). That said, you could also just be awesome at what you are doing and none of what I am saying is relevant at all. 💪 Also also, I could be flat out wrong, and that's a🔥combo. I havent tried it haha. But just (very) generally speaking, this has been the idea for DKs in pvp for quite a while.

@@Dooma appreciate your detailed responses! I'm pretty new to pvp and though mostly get good results, I trust the opinion of an experienced player. And in any case I like to test it myself, so will get the syvarras set, farm some transmutes, test and compare it. Also I play full impen now, so may try more well fitted and rolling. And yes, I know that tarnished procs once in 8 seconds, I meant the syvarras proc starts cooldown at the beginning of the dot or when it falls off. I guess once it starts, so it's only 1 sec cd between the dots.

@@leivendil8824 Oh gotchya, my fault. Yep thats it, only a few globals of down time usually. Thats great you are bouncing around trying different things right now. Thats going to go far for you later and youll probably find stuff you like and are good at you didnt expect. Happens to me every time haha. The well-fitted/dodge roll play style is not for everyone also. So if it just feels awful all the time, it just may not be your thing. However, it is a thing that does get better as you rise in proficiency. The micro plays of the smart quick blocks and rolls and what not is often what separates good from great. Once you start learning when those moments are and how to dance around them, well-fitted gets much stronger. Because then you can really abuse it and not just abuse it, but abuse it cheaply with well fitted. That and it's a great way to backdoor in quite a lot of defensive strength in a set up such as 1 bar builds that lack some of the back bar added defense.

Hi Tristen! Are you talking about passives? If so, here is a copy/paste from our discord: Passives in ESO are very important for builds to function properly. At minimum, as a baseline standard, you always want to have the following passives, for every build for every role in the game in combat related content: 1) All Class Passives. 2) All Weapon Passives of the weapon types you are using. 3) All Armor Passives of the armor type(s) you are wearing. 4) All Racial Passives. 5) All Guild Passives of the ability you are using that will increase output or sustain in anyway (EX: Fighter's Guild passive Slayer, Mages Guild Passive Magicka Controller, etc.) 6) Alchemy Passive Medicinal Use 3/3. 7) Both Undaunted Passives --- Once you have excess skill points you can circle back and fill out the passives you missed like the misc. guild passives, world passives, crafting etc. But as a minimum baseline, you should have enough skill points to get all the passives from # 1-7 above, on every character, on every build. It is a lot, but its part of the grind of ESO and why grabbing skyshards and things like dungeon skill points along the way are so important. Just about every player in the game, at some point, has had to circle back and farm more skill points to round out a build until they had enough to where it didn't matter, so being short early on is totally normal. While this is probably not the answer you wanted to hear, there are 2 good takeaways: 1) Once it's done on a character, its done. You never have to worry about it again for that char. 2) You now have the knowledge base and confidence to not have to worry about "what passives do I need" anymore. Now you know, every class, every role, every combat related content piece in ESO, you should at least have 1-7. I hope this helps!

Yo! Nice one again! I still have a stamdk just for fun with these sets: syvarras + venomous smite and sellistrix! I alwyas loved it, and always will... hardly using it, but defo fun! Sellistrix hits lets say with caltrops, stun, venomous smites and syvarras hits instantly... love it mate, good that this set gets some love these days! ;)
