@smitdiot I feel ya, I'm just blown away how big and matured this kid is. He really needs to be on a diet if nothing else. That right there is a sign of lack of discipline. When I was 5 I was advanced in a lot of ways, but I wouldn't feel comfortable driving a car and I wouldn't even be mowing the grass. I had friends that would take their parents car in the middle of the night. I was too scared to ever do anything like that, so you might be right there. Only time will tell with this family.

A 5 year old has a temper tantrum, slips away from his sister's care (child neglect), takes his parent's car (auto theft), drives on a freeway for several minutes (driving without a licence, and potentially putting countless people's lives in danger) not only DOESN'T get punished, but is REWARDED with a drive in a Lamborghini, and a trip to Cali to drive another Lamborghini as fast as he likes. 'Ah what a cutie', 'Oh, he's only 5'. A decade from now that kid is going to be in jail or dead. And it will be the fault of all those who sanction and actively encourage this nonsense.

@@angelicaakuchie1268 At age 5 he is able to slip away from his sister's care, long enough to steal his parent's car and drive it on a freeway. These are not just naughty actions of a child - they are CRIMES. All he will remember is that he was rewarded with a free trip to Cali. He won't remember that he could have caused a fatal accident. He won't learn that if you want something, you have to work for it and earn it honestly. These are not DUMB actions, they are criminally dangerous ones. A timeout at any age, is not going to fix this. The people who think this is OK, don't care for that boy, they are a major part of the problem and need re-educating themselves.

@@EVERBEE_SEWING_BEE Jesus christ, you're trying to scare the kid aren't ya? Your comment feels like you want to put the child in jail and his parents on mental parenting rehab or whatever for what the kid did. you have to remember again that he's still a 5 year old, his thought process of what's right and wrong is still incomplete. He only got through his parent's car and drive through Cali to buy a Lambo and that's it. Have you seen the video of how the kid did a pullover by the order of a police? well he honestly responds to it, he may knew how he properly drives the car and obeying the road laws because he watches his parents somehow. If you think he's as immature and dumb the kid is, then he could've not followed what the police said and just continue to drive. If you're gonna blame anyone about this, it's the parents not him, the kid is still too young to process his brain.

What is bad about a 5 year old who wants to buy a Lambo? To me that is someone with a determined mind and goals. Especially at his age. Was it the right way to do it? No. But to say it was bad, and with those driving skills, come on now. I'd say guide him and he will do big things.

It's not just this generation. As a Latino I can tell you this type of behavior is so common in the Latino community. Most Mexican parents are great at showing their kids love but they are terrible at teaching them values and proper discipline (threatening and spanking is not discipline). Also, they feed their kids way too much. A 5 year old should not be obese. That's depressing to witness.

True story: when my son was 5 ( and not nearly that big) my ex came home at daylight from a night of drinking. Knowing better than to try to argue with a drunk, I stayed in bed. He quietly woke up our son, and had him ( the 5 yr old) drive them to restaurant for breakfast because the ex figured he was too drunk to drive. God's grace got them several miles away on a major suburban 4 lane. My son grew up to be a professional driver.

Not like they're saying they allowed it. He saw an offer to get a lambo and he responded off instincts to get it. He's chasing his dreams and managed to drive 3 miles at the age of 5. He got into 0 accidents and drove better than people x5 his age. If your only instinct is to be negative to your kid for actions they'll just grow up to deceive you and lie to avoid getting into that situation again.
