Hi Jack, that is actually very easy in most Asian country’s! A lot of rice and rice noodles, all gluten free 😃 most gluten is found in bread and they don’t eat much bread in Asia. They usually also don’t use much milk, so usually it is pretty easy for me in Asian countries 😃

@@OlgaProGoingPlaces thanks Olga. I lived in S.E. Asia many years ago, and before developing Gluten intolerance. Like many others with immune reactions to Gluten, I'm now very allergies to spices and especially Lemon Grass and sometimes eggs. I hope Rene does not have the same challenges.
