The french onion chicken in the crockpot was the first recipe I ever made. I came discouraged because my 8yo son has "food issues" and it has been so hard to get him to eat! I did not go into this recipe with high hopes, but thank the Good Lord, he LOVED it AND asked for seconds (he has literally never asked for seconds in his whole little life)! He also LOVES to watch your videos, and together we pick a couple of meals each week he thinks he'd like to try! Your channel has truly been a huge blessing to us!

And, what a beautiful Wedding Shower!!! My Family has always and still does do Shower's, milestone Birthday's, parties for Relatives visiting from afar etc...BIG and beautiful!!! We put so much Love and perfection into them and Cherish the actual One to One social time (rather than the sad online "showers" people have stooped to doing) and FOOD and DECOR are the stars. Hey sweet Momma Mel! I can’t remember the very first recipe I’ve made from your channel, but I have at least 50 of them printed out and they are always in my meal planning preparation/rotation weekly….in fact I made the Biltmore (NC native here ❤) inspired pecan crusted chicken tonight, and your chili-o-chili last night,and anytime we make burgers now, it’s definitely with Heinz 57, lawry’s seasoning salt and Worcestershire sauce, and no other meatloaf besides Mary’s from the first time I tried it a while back, no other meatloaf compares..and I’m gonna run to the grocery store in the morning to get some of that Boursin cheese and make that chicken tomorrow night, it’ll be my first time using it, and I’m super excited!! Hello 👋 the smothered pork chop crock pot recipe was the first recipe I tried form ur channel so naturally that lead to the Salisbury steak and the French onion dip bubble up and I have been trying at least 1 or 2 a week ever since. You have no idea how much of a godsend your channel has been! Quick hood home cooked dinners on sports or busy nights was a game changer for our family and when my oven went I was crock pot cooking many nights over the summer and trying so many new recipes that my family loved. my granny took canned peas added mayo, season salt, mixed it up and put it in the fridge to get really cold. she on some days added cut up onions, or green onions, other seasons ect. but just salt and pepper and mayo was so good on a hot summer day as a side.

I started watching your channel during a time when I was moving to another state due to my husband’s job. As a teacher, I stayed behind to finish out the school year. Through the week I taught, and on weekends commuted to be with my husband. I would return on Sunday afternoons, and I listened to your channel in the car to keep me company. The first video I watched of yours was 4 weeks ago and you made four different types of crock-Pot chicken with chicken that you had cooked and shredded and put in the freezer and each one had a sauce but the one I made had ranch mix. And it was delicious. And I watch your videos all the time and I think they're great because it's good homemade food that's going to taste good it's not going to cost too much and when you eat it you're going to feel happy🎉

I have made a few of your recipes but I’d have to say my favorite so far was the chicken tortilla soup from your last video!! I have some picky eaters in my house and I was able to get all but one of them to eat multiple bowls of it 😂 Love your unorthodox style of doing things it much reminds me of my own and your accent is just an added bonus 😊 as always I can’t wait to see what your cookin next 💚
