I had kneecap pain with pain down my shin and saw a video that said to try walking across the room on your heels...really worked, got better almost instantly and doing it over the course of a week all pain was gone.

I fell back in April on my knees hard on the cement! I have patella tendinitis in the L knee and quad tendinitis in the R knee. They both hurt right under the kneecap mostly. I also have bone bruising which hurts. Do you have any specific exercises for patella tendinitis? I have been doing so many of your exercises the past two months and my balance and strength are getting better! I love how you go through and explain each exercise and what muscles it’s working, etc. I’m a way older Occupational Therapist Assistant that started back today with one home health visit. Before my injury I was doing 6-7 visits a week which I need to supplement my social security!! You have been a life safer. Love, love, love what you are doing for all of us!! Thank you Alyssa!!

My left knee has been hurting on & off for 2 months & recently worse, so I went to an Ortho Urgent Clinic & after X-rays & manual exam she said my knees looked pretty good- a bone spur & a “probably” the start of osteoarthritis. She offered a steroid injection but I said not today… no mention of PT to help strengthen my legs…. I’m 67, sedentary & I want to be stronger & I found you! If nothing is structurally wrong, I would think exercise should be the answer.
