I fought someone using blue/green/black with vorpal sword. It was a merfolk deck and they used various land grubbing cards, mana dorks, and unblockable merfolk. I lost pretty quickly.

Elves needs the green changeling that allows you to cast the top card of your library, so you can survive board wipes and rebuild.

A piece of amazing tech for this deck you're missing is Crippling fear. Being able to name elves and wipe the opponent is pretty much a insta win vs other agros and the control decks of the format since they all run mascot and alrunds.

Honestly the best fit for the Vorpal Sword is either rogues, which can be unblockable like Krydle or the snek rogue, or Swarming Skeletons because they add trample to the deathtouch which makes it very hard to stop the Sword from dealing damage to the opponent. Elves are kinda meh, they can make mana, but they can't get through that easily.

Vorpal needs unblockable creatures. Thief Tools artifact from AFR is great for making a creature unblockable plus it gives one treasure

Circle of Dreams Druid seems like a waste in the deck; maybe better to just have two in the deck and put in some Learn cards like Field Trip for ramp.

I agree, although the deck doesn’t really need much ramp - I’d recommend something like bloodline pretender or realm walker to fill that slot
