Dear James, thank you for your thoughtful review. You and I are clearly kindred spirits! I always wanted to refight Where Eagles Dare and created these rules purely for my own enjoyment. Thanks for this review. I'm interested by theses rules to play with my 1/72 Vietnam Figures and Sci-fi 28mm figures. Simple, fast and a small space to play, that's what I'm looking for.

I also have these rules and I think they are very good. I have not played a game yet but I am working on getting some Minis painted up to get in a game soon. I hope you play a game and let us know how it plays out.

My advice is don't waste time, play unpainted, while nicely painted figures (or in my case basic painted figures) are nice to use, it's about playing not painting.

Thank you for the review. I am very interested but do not really like card-driven mechanisms. How easy would it be to convert to a dice based game?

I think it would be difficult as there are so many cards drawn and it would completely lose the feel of the system.

You have better hearing than me lol, I thought I had quietened it enough with baffles and using a directional Mike!

I found the background noise annoying, too, as well as the out-of-focus video.
