Newer to pilates and have a quick question: Do you find you have a lower calorie burn when doing pilates? If so, how does that factor into weight loss & a better body shape? Appreciate any insight!

BEST HOUR PILATES WORKOUT YET! This is the first 60 min pilates video I have been able to do all the way through without almost passing out by the end. So so amazing.
