I worked as a chef in a Cantonese kitchen (I'm from England) and I can use a wok blindfolded but this gentleman CHEF is unbelievable to watch PS the crane appetizer was🤯 stunning. PS2 lol soft egg rice omg the best with stir fry veg on top to DIE for, especially when you have no teeth left.

im a chef. what this guy is doing with the walnuts is very challenging, it takes just a small error and the whole batch can be ruined. very rarely i see a chef talking about sound when cooking despite it has the same importance like all other senses, i too cook with the help of sound. this is a master chef, he knows exactly what is happening with every process. very rarely i see a truly skilled chef like this one. what an inspiring master.

A big part of his impressiveness is how hard he works. He's relentless, he never stops. Every movement is efficient. There's no wasted motion or activity. It starts with prep in the morning and keeps on going and going and going. And also, everything he needs or uses is within easy reach, or just 2 or 3 steps away. It's no wonder that he said something like, "I don't know how long I can keep doing this." Super inspiring human being!!!

These 2 are awesome together. Chef seems like he could run a mobile unit no problem. Every item used is so planned out and efficient. I can only imagine if they were in a food truck rather than being in a static restaurant.

This is a super efficient all rounder fantastic & very professional CHINESE chef, his customers are so lucky for being blessed with such good chinese cooking! I can confirm it because l've been a Chinese chef myself! Long live this briliant chef for his lucky customers!!! And by looking at this Chef's professionalism in the way he is cooking authentic Chinese dishes, I could tell his true origin is of a Chinese but NOT Japanese national.

The chef is a great master of the kitchen, there is no doubt about that, the only thing I notice is that if it is as the thumbnail of the video says, he does everything by himself, I think he should have someone else or two more people to help him because he alone for everything. It's not easy.

This man works really hard. His work area is tiny but it seems he knows where everything is. He is working nonstop. His cooking skills are without exception perfect. The Krane appetiser plate was beautiful, I would find it difficult to break it up to eat it. He keeps his cooking station clean, tidy and organised l. Thank you for sharing ❤

The sweet and sour pork looks amazing. He instantly knows the portions and can tell how far along the cooking is by just listening. Everything is within reach and timing is everything when it comes to cooking. He has the system down and makes it look easy. Finally, a different food dish and set meal: Shrimp 🍤and meatballs fritters but don't skimp on the rice bowl 🍚🤔 (I've noticed with Chinese food restaurant). Spring rolls looks like lumpia 😁 and one of my fave is sweet n sour pork. New favorite is Garlic Fried Rice minus bean sprouts and chives. Very impressive cooking skills 🤯💯👍!!
