I knew Roy personally. Bought my first car from him when I was 14, 48 years ago. a 1965 G.T.O. He was running a Truck stop at that time.

Oh wow! Do you still have it?
@donaldbaslington83199 ай бұрын
@@DezzysSpeedShop no. But still have the 67 I Bought just out of H.S.. Roy was a good man! He would fill our mini bikes up for free, when we rode to station.

That is unbelievable how one man could aquire so many rare muscle cars. I hope some of these cars are brought back to Life. Many of them look in restorable condition with minimal rust. Thank you for documenting this once in a lifetime sale and the history of the man that made it possible.

What an amazing collection. He probably had plans for each and every one of those cars, whether it was a parts car or to restore. Amazing. Thanks for sharing Dez

Great video Dezzy,Your tribute to Roy Langlitz is some of the best car content on YT. You've made quite a commitment to the car scene.I still live in it through people like you. I've owned lots of really cool cars and your videos jog tons of memories.People like Roy are few and far between...Hats off to him and may he RIP. The car game has become a game for the rich,these days the average Joe can barely afford to build and keep one car let alone dozens(or hundreds).Keep it up Dezzy,and thank you!

Yeh, the part 1 was mindblowing! I own 71 Buick GS Convert, 72 El Camino, 80 T/A , so these cars make me tick! Muscle Car Review mag was THE magazine when it was published and it really made muscle cars relevant.
