Burn's Night is right around the corner...so by popular request I thought it might be a larf to find out whether one man can eat one hundred of one of Scotland's finest exports; the humble teacake...
10,600kcal of shortbread, meringue and chocolate...what's the worst that could happen?

MY PODCASTS:
@BreakingBreadPD - A good old fashioned chin wag with my co-host Josh Gudgeon, in a studio that looks so plush it makes it look like we know what we're doing.
@MovieMouthfuls - Frankly amateurish chit-chat loosely discussing famous eating scenes from movies and television shows.

ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS & ADDITIONAL INFO:
Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Oops…totally forgot there was a new video scheduled for tonight…Still, it’s a bit pants, so forgive me for letting it slip my mind… I’m on the road in Florida as we speak, putting together a neat little series I hope you’re going to enjoy, so as always, if I’m a bit tardy getting to the comments, I humbly apologise… Thanks as always for watching and be sure to let me know where you want to see me next…I’m thinking Texas, LA or Vegas and I’d love to hear your thoughts. Stay insatiable, scoff like your life depends on it and stay peaceful. Lots of love, your old pal BMF :)

@Expo Scotland either would so as both are pretty similar other than the outer coating. Though OP probably meant Caramel Wafers as they barely use the word 'Wafer' on the wrapper and the logs are far less common outside Scotland. Also, both are delicious, unlike these where the biscuit is like cardboard and you need something like jam to help (as other brands have done as alternative to their copycats).

I can't burp and, though I've never attempted anything like this monumental eating feat, it does make certain ordinary meals challenging. I mentioned it to a nurse once and she said, "yeah, me neither" before telling me it was a biological quirk and nothing could be done about it. I thought I was the only one! Thank you, Beard for articulating the struggle and ten on ten for effort in this challenge! You must have consumed a Tunnockalories.

100 tunnocks snowballs surely would be a breeze Adam , always had them at Christmas , my father worked at Dunhills (Wilkinson’s sweet factory) pontefract for years and always fetched them home for us at Christmas 👍

When I was a kid (50something years ago) I could not eat enough of these and wagon wheels-original size. I do not remember them as being Scottish or called Tunnocks. Sweet stuff never lasted long enough to read a label. To me, chocolate always equated to Cadbury.

A friend stayed in a flat in glasgow a few years back and the bathroom wallpaper was the flattened wrappers from these glued on the wall. :)

When I was a kid I would carefully remove the chocolate in one piece, then peel off the maringue and finish with the biscuit. Of course, as a grown up, I don't do that any more.

Sounds very similar to "Mallomars" in the US. Next time you come over in the fall, try them and see. Or I just go over there and try a tunnock. Btw, I say fall, cause they are only sold during that time into winter.

Those look like they would go down good with some hot chocolate. 45° F in West Central Florida right now. High of 58° F tomorrow. Have a great day 😊.
