Sanji also isn't very good at Busoshoku Haki. He can't use Hardening, for example. Regular attacks that hit hard enough can overcome Haki, and Lee hits like a truck, especially with the Gates, so there's nothing saying he WASN'T using it the whole time. One Piece has always been a bit lower on the power curve (to its benefit) than its peers anyway.

I'll admit it is POSSIBLE he might use it since his pants hide all evidence, but it's unlikely. If he could, the handcuffs he has on probably wouldn't be an issue. He could just use Rayleigh's trick with the bomb collars from waaaay back to just blow them up harmlessly.

The Haki is the power changer, and still haven't shown certain characters with their fight abilities. Like for example Law could take out the strongest in the Naruto universe just by pulling out their heart and crushing it, or Blackbeard being able to destroy an entire world if he wanted to and using his void abilities.

+What Win Well, regular Akuma can destroy an island, so Oni (a stronger version) had the power to defeat Kenpachi (haven't seen Bleach, so maybe Kenpachi does have the power to defeat Oni). In previous seasons we also had some realistic winners, like Vergil (Vs Sephiroth), Sora (Vs Link), Jotaro (Vs Kenshiro) or Zoro (Vs Kenshin). So it's not the first realistic winner.

Not much but its more than just waling up and kicking ecspecially since were comparing him to rock lee who isnt much different. The only ninga thing rock lee has are like a kunai which doesnt change anything and the bandages which are only incorperated into a few moves and dont really cover any weaknesses rock lee has for this fight. And the woman thing can be flipped back on rock lee as he is fighting to protect somebody nor does his ninja way really factor in
