Congrats on quitting alcohol. I've never drunk - don't like the taste (even prefer virgin cocktails)- but I imagine it must be very difficult to give up. What a lovely place to stay - the view was gorgeous. It's good there are alcohol free options so you don't feel you are missing out too much. That was funny with all the puffer jackets 🙂. That would have been hard at the wine tasting. I've felt similar in the past when "dieting". So good you have such a great friend group. Change can be hard but so very worthwhile. You just need to remember WHY you are doing it and focus on the positive - I can already see your weight loss and you seem that bit more vibrant.

Thanks Libby! It's hard to imagine that it's almost been a whole month since filming this vlog and I'm feeling great (lost even more weight too!). They say change is as good as a holiday 😂 I don't know who "they" are, but I can always go a holiday! xx

Great video, thanks for your honesty. I totally understand how you felt during those social occasions. Its hard as you don't get those highs and those dopamine hits that you're used to. But wow does your sleep improve over time, and over all the fog just lifts. Stay strong, you're doing amazing.
