I had the Leica 246 Monochrom but the sensor corroded after Leica had finished replacing them, I got a great trade-in deal though. But, the 246 is a cracking camera as you have displayed here. Nice one Lee. Greetings from Dublin.

Hi Jim! I was under the impression the corrosion was limited to the M9/Original Monochrom variants, rather than the 246? A shame either way, what did you get from the trade-in deal?

@@radiomoths Apologies Lee, I had the original M Monochrome which corroded, I got a loan of the 246 (I must proof read :) ) whilst trying to sort the M. Leica offered me a really good deal on a trade-in against any camera model, I opted for the M10-R which had just been released at the time. I would also like another Monochrom body, if I find a bargain!

Fuck the camera, YOU did a really good job. Camera is super cool but it is a small percentage of the overall video. I think you could do the same with the most budget camera available.
