I grew up with Dylan, the first albums I ever bought were 'Bob Dylan' and 'Freewheelin' that I found in a junk shop in the UK based in what had been a WWII air raid shelter. Damn, I count myself very blessed by all those years of enjoying his music. 💗💗💗💗💗

Awesome powerful cords love the combination. Just think of the millions of songs to be written with those cords. You just have to give Dylan credit. And thank you for the video.

I know more about this song than Bob having laboured over an essay about it at a stupidly so called prestigious so called seat of learning way back in 83. An amazing song. And what can i say about the mind which created it? No words. ❤

This is a beauty for sure ...some of Dylan's vocal sounds remind me of the sounds from the cantor I used to hear outside the synagogue near our building growing up.

This is one of the greatest teaching videos I've ever seen, and reminds me of playing with a local singer/musician when he was teaching me new songs, as he yelled out chords changes and I played along until I got it. Thanks to you, I'm learning this amazing song very fast!!!

Η ανάσα σου είναι γλυκιά Your breath is sweet Τα μάτια σου είναι σαν δύο κοσμήματα στον ουρανό Your eyes are like two jewels in the sky Η πλάτη σας είναι ίσια, τα μαλλιά σας λεία Your back is straight, your hair is smooth Στο μαξιλάρι όπου ξαπλώνεις On the pillow where you lie Δεν νιώθω στοργή I don't sense affection Ούτε ευγνωμοσύνη ή αγάπη Nor no gratitude or love Η πίστη σου δεν είναι σε μένα αλλά στα αστέρια παραπάνω Your loyalty is not to me but to the stars above Ακόμα ένα φλιτζάνι καφέ για το δρόμο One more cup of coffee for the road Ακόμα ένα φλιτζάνι καφέ πριν φύγω One more cup of coffee before I go Στην κοιλάδα από κάτω To the valley below Ο μπαμπάς σου, είναι παράνομος Your daddy, he's an outlaw Και ένας περιπλανώμενος στο εμπόριο And a wanderer by trade Θα σας μάθει πώς να διαλέγετε He'll teach you how to pick an' choose Και πώς να πετάξετε τη λεπίδα And how to throw the blade Επιβλέπει το βασίλειό του He oversees his kingdom Εκεί που δεν εισβάλλει κανένας ξένος Where no stranger does intrude Η φωνή του τρέμει καθώς φωνάζει His voice it trembles as he calls out Για άλλο πιάτο φαγητό For another plate of food Ακόμα ένα φλιτζάνι καφέ για το δρόμο One more cup of coffee for the road Ακόμα ένα φλιτζάνι καφέ πριν φύγω One more cup of coffee before I go Στην κοιλάδα από κάτω To the valley below Η αδερφή σου βλέπει το μέλλον Your sister sees the future Σαν τη μαμά σου και τον εαυτό σου Like your momma and yourself Δεν έμαθε ποτέ να διαβάζει ή να γράφει She never learned to read or write Δεν υπάρχουν βιβλία στο ράφι της There's no books upon her shelf Και η ευχαρίστησή της δεν γνωρίζει όρια And her pleasure knows no limits Η φωνή της μοιάζει με λιχουδάκι Her voice is like a meadow lark Αλλά η καρδιά της είναι σαν ωκεανός But her heart is like an ocean Τόσο μυστηριώδες και σκοτεινό So mysterious and dark Ακόμα ένα φλιτζάνι καφέ για το δρόμο One more cup of coffee for the road Ακόμα ένα φλιτζάνι καφέ πριν φύγω One more cup of coffee before I go Στην κοιλάδα από κάτω To the valley below Σας ευχαριστώ Thank you

Been on a pub crawl in the small town. Never done that before, here. Last memorable pub crawl my 30th in Dublin and pretty much every time I met my brother in London. Obviously by this morning the entire town will be talking about my boots, my hair colour, my skill on new pool tables, my sheer annoyingness as a woman. Gonna meet a friend later. One more cider fore I go.

Wild night last night. Think I almost got barred for being a woman with too much to say for myself. Other women trying to get me to be quiet. They want me to still go there. But I’m not willing to be quiet to keep some mad bloke happy. He’d prefer drug dealers and thieves there than women just wanting a quiet drink without being harassed. This world is so fucked up. There are indeed other pubs. He doesn’t own the piano bar at the Savoy ffs. Acts like he does.

@@alandavies3727 I never saw this video or heard this song in my life. I think this shit is my mistake or somebody pasted it. How did it get 3 likes of which I wasn't notified. Weird huh. I think the Internet is being used for some other purpose much more important.

@@alandavies3727what should I do? I play guitar and I met Bob Dylan in 1996 in Ireland on stage but I just nodded at him. I used to parody him with the nasally voice and usually played "Knockin' on Heaven's Door". It's bewildering. Should I erase it or what? What about the 3 people who liked it. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I don't drink coffee and never have. I don't support slavery. This is wrecking my head.
@pittameatdish7589Ай бұрын
I don't need anyone to teach me how to play Am, E, F and G on a guitar even in 1976. It's sounds like a song sung by a Muslim before he crosses the Rio Grande into the USA. I'd prefer The Bob Dylan Blues by Syd Barrett. The wind you can blow it.
