That did look like a very good Chinese takeaway for sure (you can have the pineapple though). Chinese takeaway in the UK is so different from what we get over here in Adelaide. We asked for things we usually get over here and they didn't know what we were talking about so we just got what we knew was the same (or close to it) by name. Jane & I fell off our sofa when George said "9" !!! LOL

It was delicious 😋 😋 I use the Sainsbury’s whole meal bread flour with seeds in , so easy to make ❤️ I have done a video on here making it but it was a while back now , I’ll do it again soon 🙏🏻

You guys don't owe anyone an explanation of how you eat. People are free to judge or assume however they want, but the truth is that they're probably eating worse! And if they're not eating worse, they're doing something else that they shouldn't be doing. We're all just creatures trying to get through the day 😅 Also, high blood pressure and cholesterol often come from inherited genetics. It's the same way with Type 2 diabetes. It just so happens that these diseases are affected by the way we eat and move.

I work occasionally in Liverpool and I must admit I find the Chinese Chippies/Takeaways very similar to what we have in Manchester. One thing I have noticed is they usually have a bigger selection of English Dishes and there is a dish called 'Mixed Grill' in pretty much every establishment I have visited. I just checked the menu from Mei Ho and they also do this dish - I was wondering if you or any other Liverpoodlian commenting could describe it for me?

Hi Matt, a mixed grill in a takeaway usually consists of sausage,Liver,Bacon,tomato, chips peas gravy … sometimes they might have steak & chicken breast too - depends on the chippy 😂😂
