Not only the best heavyweight MMA fighter, but the most humble. Never saw him throw in extra cheap shots after a guy went down hard, and he just walked away humble afterwards. No screaming or shouting or doing backflips or something stupid, no taunting or staredown before the fight... just business as usual. In his prime. This guy coulda probably cut to 185 and DEFINITELY cut to 205 if he wanted to. Same with Crocop and Big Nogueira actually, guys who weighed in 220 during their fights in their prime. The LHWs were extremely lucky these guys chose to fight at HW. Only lost to one guy his size when he was past his prime.
