My biggest gains have been made by binge listening to beginner podcasts and slowly ramping up the difficulty over time till I’m at my first podcast made for natives I’m listening to now, I can’t recommend it enough.

Does anyone know of a podcast app that categorizes/tags podcasts by language? The regional settings on Pocket casts seems like the closest thing but it seems ridiculous that this is not standard in search.

Is there a feature like with the apple podcasts where I can play podcasts for maybe 15-20 minutes as I'm falling asleep?

Yes! The sleep timer! I actually love that feature and used to use it all the time for audiobooks. It just slipped my mind in the video since I haven't been using it recently. My favorite thing about this app's sleep timer is that there are some preset times, End of Episode *and* a custom length of time. - Ben

It seems really good, but I'm having trouble just getting then episodes to play in order automatically. Like I don't know how to play each next episode without having to add each one to the up next manually

@@Refold Just to add to the feedback, meant in a positive light as I like the content: 1) His audio level is always low. 2) The room reverb is almost as loud as the audio (hang moving blankets vor a cheap start). 3) The music in the background is almost as loud as he is, especially the kick drum. I like his content a lot though.

Do they have a way of automatically deleting them after you've listened to them? For some reason it keeps replaying the same podcast and doesn't go to the next one even though it's in my download section.

For me, they automatically get archived (and then deleted). It sounds like you might have the "loop" feature enabled or some setting somewhere.

I thought there would be some amazing features like groupping podcasts based on required comprehension level or auto transcription for any podcast with something like 98% accuracy etc.. Reality: you can search podcasts by region

Not sure anyone has made auto transcription is at that level yet. I've seen auto generated transcripts for podcasts that have 3 people speaking informally and they're dog shit basically
