It is a beautiful song, which I enjoyed a lot, but I would not put it quite so high on my list as you. Just personal preference and a lot longer exposure of songs from which to choose.

Look up the cover by Frits Tilburgs, an ederly man on The Voice. Dude is from the Netherlands. It was the first time I heard the song yesterday - it was sung as if HE wrote it! It's way better than the original, in my personal opinion and other people agreed in the comments there. Enjoy, everyone😃👌🏽 Edit: He sang it in honor of his late son.
