This is a very special remix edit for us at Absolute Motivation. We've worked incredibly hard on this. The topic of mental health is so important to us and recently we've been working on creating more content around helping those who are going through difficult times. This motivational remix mash-up edit about Tyson Fury does just that. A man who overcame the darkest depths of the hell that was created in his own mind...only to come out the other side and inspire the entire world through the sport of boxing.

@@imawarrior313 It's.. all about never giving up. To get out of mental health problems is like chopping down a tree, but you have no idea what kind of tool you need to use. So you just have to start, and try every tool, and hit that tree as hard as you can every day. Meditation, weightlifting, cold showers, eating healthy foods, stay away from addictive substances (sugar, alcohol, porn), get all the essential nutrients, running, swimming (freestyle swimming, and underwater swimming has been the biggest ones for me), martial arts, reading fantasy novels, stop hanging with the friends you don't feel comfortable with.. are all tools you can use.

Yes I understand u perfectly its just that i never did all these thing growing up cuz they were what i was supposed to do so i end up a phenomenal person today .. Not just in my head but in reality .. Cuz i am a 1% who got stuck in a very bad country and didn't leave in time .. I dont know if i could do it now

Agreed...I believe its not you or me, but internal parasites. Die-Ts (ie., Die Paths) are their energy, why McDs, sugars, and fast food? When you know its killer...? Our stomachs are second minds (gut instinct, gut feeling)...note the body was not Fat on Tyson...ONLY his GUT...where the parasites live and breed and excrete...this causes unhealthy depressions, or thoughts diverging from status quo...fasting is in every single religion, perhaps knowledgeable self healing

When mike Tyson left boxing I stopped watching it but this man here brought back that light. TAKE WILDER DOWN FURY!!!!! YOU DA MAN

It's not that easy unfortunately. For a depressed person it's hard to know if a given position is really rock bottom...one can always start digging and with inaction the digging does not require any physical activity. The bottom is also personal, changes from person to person. The key may be to refuse the bad condition and to accept to work because a better reality is possible

I've suffered from anxiety and depression since I was 12 years old. At 36 I can't count how many times I wanted to end my own life.. I have watched Tyson Fury since the beginning of his career and I hated him as a fighter.. But I watched him hit bottom, then turn himself around like I've never seen another human being do in my life. He now inspires me on a daily basis, to appreciate this life, the people in it and everything I'm blessed to do with every day I'm alive.. I know it'll never happen but one day I'd like to shake his hand and thank him.

You get a grip.for a start it's not all about in the ring.and he isn't ranked number one by ring magazine for nothing. And draw? He beat him and was robbed of probably the greatest come back in boxing history and and he beat a guy who had been knocking out almost every man he'd faced up to that point and took his best shot and got up and even rocked him showing unbelievable heart ! And in terms of boxing ability nobody can touch him.give me someone who's riding like he is now.he's even more popular than the so called "bronze bomber" in his own country! Don't comment on something you don't have a clue about. These casual boxing fans ay?

God I’ve never felt so relatable to anything in my life. I remember drinking bottles a day just to try and die, just to deteriorate myself to nothing. When I was so close to ending it all, and then one day that voice in my head changed. It said ,” what the fuck are you doing? Why are you doing this?” I dropped it all in a day, the days were grueling and never ending, but I made it. For anyone who’s suffering, know it will end and you will persevere, life is a test and you can’t ever give up, it’s so much more to live and love than it is to die.

I have lost what was my whole world. ( My family. ). Through. My own depression and anxiety. My partner. Didn't want me anymore after 12 years of being together and with 3 beautiful children. I've hit rock bottom. And it feels like I'm stuck in s very deep hole and I can't get out. And it's getting deeper & deeper. I now live alone. For the first time since I can't remember. And it's getting harder & harder every day to want to live. Only getting to see my children. Keeps me on top of this ground instead of under it. 😭 But listening to Tyson. Is kinda helping me. I've done things wrong I've made mistakes. I just wished I could. Get my life back in order. I have not many friends. My best friends. Ate my children.

I am balling my eyes out .... my heart is in sync with your pain .... I was there ... and so thankful I am positive now . I remember praying to god ie Almighty Creator to why am I waking up every morning. I was so weak after my car accident and I to was sick of living in darkness . I thought I was never going to walk again ....And 2 years later running working out , meditating and so thankful of every ray of sunshine and breath of fresh air .... I have to go to gym it's my medicine for mind I agree mind and body are also connected to spirt so you need to know your personoality and believe in some higher power some higher purpose imagine your life is amazing movie and your the hero of your movie so make decisions that help you enjoy your family friends ....
