Dude you rock. I beat myself up for decades. I'm a recovered addict who seriously blew out his heart muscle 15 years ago. I had a 15% ejection fraction that's the blood amount pumped out of your heart with each squeeze it's supposed to be between 50%and 70%. Today, It's 65 % and I'm 63. My doctor just told me I can do anything I want. Literally, if I can do it, It is safe now do it. I asked the doctor 15 years ago if this was possible and my old doctor had said "no." Good thing I listen to my body. Go get'em, Mike. I'm on your side. There is no good or bad just situations and how we choose to deal with them. Peace, bro.

I've admired Mike Tyson since I was a kid in the '80s. I think there's something about brokenness recognizing brokenness, and as someone who’s often felt broken and misunderstood, that connection has always resonated with me when I watched him. I’m not sure what a "typical" Mike Tyson fan looks like, but apparently, it’s not me-people are always surprised when I say he’s one of my heroes.
