It's interesting to see how blooming is basically gone as a sign of quality. I remember when having a big bloom was it. Much like tiger striping in espresso shots.

Is it 'geh-sha', 'gee-sha', or 'gay-sha'? I've heard all 3 pronunciations before. I'm so jelly. Wish I could try this Kenyan Gesha. It sounds smooth and comfy.

It’s supposed to be "geh-sha" (become it comes from the Gesha forest in Ethiopia). But it became Geisha ("gay-sha") in the last decades (idk why, probably for marketing but I couldn’t say for sure)

I believe it’s different depending on where it comes from. Some places call it Gesha (geh), some call it Geisha (gay)
