Just for the sake of it, yogurt is generally considered low lactose because the process of making yogurt requires converting lactose into something else, similar to how cheese is made. As lactose (in)tolerance is a gradient, many people in the intolerant half can still indulge on quite a few varieties of yogurt without much of a problem, and it is still less of an issue for those even more aggressively intolerant to lactose. IIRC, yogurt is still less harmful for lactose intolerant folks than the same amount of milk with the same amount of lactose content because you're ingesting the bacteria that break down lactose and that keeps acting in your gut, while milk has none of that and poor ability to break down lactose is exactly what lactose intolerance is. If they've dairy allergy though, yeah, they're still pretty screwed.

If only the film had been a huge charity act on the villain. Think about it: Ratfink is the executive acting out his power fantasy, and everyone knows it's him but acts like they don't. They pretend to go along with his delusions because, outside of his alter ego, he's a genuinely nice and well-meaning man and he doesn't actually cause harm, just absurd confusion. They do this once a month or so and it's just one of those unusual things about the town that gives it a local charm.

It's still one of my favorite MST3K movies. Great review, and I'm glad you mentioned Katherine Victor making the costume from her own wardrobe. I just wanted to add that Jerry got her to agree to make the film by promising her that she would get vehicles and gadgets, and it would be made like a proper film. From the stories she told, it seemed like he was kind of awful; he even altered the script partially through filming because he felt that the Bat-Girl he'd focused on was getting too full of herself. Katherine Victor gives the whole thing a quiet dignity that it really doesn't deserve. I can only imagine if Jerry had been the one to design the costume, it certainly wouldn't have looked so elegant.
