One thing that I always found hilarious about the opening of this episode, is that there are THREE other unnamed junior officers on the bridge, with their minds erased presumably, that are completely ignored by the senior staff.. it would only make sense that they would be in the discussion as well trying to determine who they are. lol but nope, just a black guy in blue, a blonde in red, and a guy in gold at Ops who play no part lol,

Occasionally the Newbie gang bring up the idea the Enterprise crew should be investigated or prosecuted for their failings as a ship, and it's an over the top idea. But after this episode there definitely should have been major consequences for what they unwittingly did.

58:33 One cool thing that they could've done with Troy is that she thought she was crazy, because she constantly seemed to know what people were feeling all the time and that's why she didn't tell anyone. That she had the symptoms of someone with a paranoid mental condition. Heck, the bad guy could have even capitalised on it and tricked her into thinking she _was_ mentally ill and had to keep quiet.

You 100% can separate out skills and personal memories. People with amnesia don't forget their skills for the most part. They only forget their "personal" memories. A pilot would still be able to fly a plane with amnesia. It's like how you to don't forget how to talk or walk or anything else. Those are "skills" as well.

I agree with Sara I think dianna is upset at the end when she says riker can see her in her office. I think she’s a little upset that in the end he didn’t instinctually choose his imzadi over ro and she’s implying “since we seem to only have a professional relationship left you can see me in a professional setting if you need me.” They use “imzadi” like it’s some kind of soul connection that transcends space and time, but in a moment where it could’ve transcended all to help the situation it didn’t because riker was so focused on Ro. 1:18:23

I think Troi was a bit pissed at the end there. Not necessarily because of their past relationship, or Troi being territorial. But as we saw, during the amnesia period Troi was also hitting on Riker in her own, less aggressive way. We get the scene where they're all in his quarters, and Riker kind of had a choice between them...and he chose Ro. It's as if he was implying, "I like you, Deanna. You're sweet. But at the moment I'm looking for someone with a bit more 'oomph'."

Deanna definitely seemed unhappy, but I was just as confused as Riker. For once, he wasn't the instigator, Ro pushed herself on him. I actually found their romantic scene a bit weird because, if you just go by his words, it sounds like he's making excuses to not get involved, like he isn't keen, but of course his expression and body language are consenting.
