Love your reaction! OOR is one of my favs, and live sounds really good, been to their live several times. They are one of mega bands in Japan. More reactions to live versions pls^^

Yes he can scream like metal scream😅. So go check these out (ofc by One Ok Rock and u need to find the LIVE VERSION by COPYING the title below). Especially for the first song below, look for videos where the vocalist/Taka has GREEN HAIR (same concert like this one) One Ok Rock - One by One LIVE2015 Tour35xxxv [HD] One Ok Rock - Deeper Deeper "Mighty Long Fall at Yokohama Stadium" LIVE One Ok Rock - Cry Out (Official Video from AMBITIONS JAPAN DOME TOUR) Both the guitarist and the lead singer do the scream and mostly (80-90% of their song) they sing in english!

It's insightful to hear about the composition of the song :) thank you. The intro was composed by Taka, the singer, and Take me to the top was composed by Taka and Colin Brittain (who wrote songs for 5 seconds of summer and papa roach too). Taka is a very versatile singer, be it rock, metal scream or pure pop music. He covered Adele's Hello in the original key. Check out the acoustic live versions of their songs, that's where he shines best vocally. He's got incredible stamina, check out Kanzen Kankaku Dreamer from the Yokohama Arena show, he is running around among the audience while singing in perfect pitch. :D

They have been around since 2005. The drummer has his own channel on KZbin. "Tomoya Studios " if you really want to see how musicly talented they are, check out paper planes live at Saitama. It's a bit popy but it shows how versatile they are and musicly and at crowd control. And, it's funny. Make sure you get the one with subtitles available. ❤❤❤

Well, if you want to hear really opening up, definitely listen to the live version of Take What You Want. As to live, this is a Japanese thing. My favorite five Japanese bands all sound best live. Band Maid, One Ok Rock, Wagakki, Doll$boxx and Hanabie
