@@kevinmckinney7471 The shops start releasing their Christmas stock after halloween. People put up their tree in November. The word Christmas there also gives it away. Still doesn't feel like Christmas though. You're trying to be a clever Alec but it's not working.

i cover the bird with yogurt and a tiny bit of green curry, then sprinkle crumbs all over and wrap it in its own foil hoochie to cook... 3.5- 4hrs then pull the foil off to brown the crumb. never dry. delicious

well you need cook 1 hour per kilo and you said 2.5 hrs, that turkey for real purposes needed 2.5 hours more

Those sentient beings have been providing food for any number of predators for millennia.Wolves,cougars,bobcats,coyotes,raptors of all kinds also sentient beings themselves;turkeys not only survive but they thrive under the onslaught.Humans shouldn’t be callous about their demise but grateful for the food they provide.
