Sir? Why do you use that nonstick pan? You know that is not the way to cook. I see that stupid pan everywhere on youtube. Please teach use to use a stainless steel pan. The protein sticks but releases when the molecules change due to browning. When you use a stainless steel pan you have brown meat and brown bits in the pan that is the fond and is needed to give flavor to the sauce. Please teach us the correct way to cook and avoid possible toxic pans.
