Jay you make it look so easy, I gotta try this. You ask for recommendations.. can you do some spicy hot chicken wings? Lots of channels do wings but too afraid to spice them up beyond mild, and don't know how to keep them crispy with the sauce on them. That's the trick I'm looking for.
