She was always white in the manga though. Every color cover depicted her with fair skin. The anime for some reason (still unknown to this day) gave her darker skin, which imo looked better on her. But the point is the anime simply made her look like she always did in the manga. Unrelated Fact: Also seen in the manga's color covers, in the manga Luffy's skin doesn't turn pink when he uses Gear Second. He just produces steam. The pink skin was added in the anime to make it look "flashier" and more like Goku's Kaioken.

Pra mim o Garp é dos Estados Unidos desde que tirando os Mugiwaras e os Supernovas, as outras nacionalidades não são oficiais, o fato dele ser avô do Luffy não quer dizer nada. O Dragon seria cubano(Fidel Castro feelings), já a Hancock, como não é oficial, acho que ela seria grega mesmo, mas tanto China(pelo jeito como ela se veste, do cenário-ambiente de Amazon Lily e do fato dela por vezes lembrar a Shampoo de Ramna 1/2) quanto Brasil(por ela ser gostosa e do primeiro nome dela se referir a jibóia = boa constrictor) combinam com ela.

Marco British?! Marco has mediterranean eyes and his name is Roman. I know Oda based the name of many pirates in his story base on real life pirates, and Marco is quite the explorer after Whitebeard's death. So is the very known traveler Marc o'polo, where Pollo with double 'l' means chicken/young bird, and well.. that's pretty obvious when comparing it to his df lol.
