After the loved and respected mayor of the city Water 7 is assaulted, the people believe the culprit to be underground boss Franky.
This is Franky's first appearance after removing his mask and cloak after weeks of obscuring his appearance.

Her power can be used to snap the necks of a lot of people but that's rarely still used even though they did that before. I was also really interested in the stones she discovers but those havent really been shown a lot anymore either.
