Dragon is just another instance of "Big ones do nothing because of plot convenience". Roger pirates did nothing after finding the One Piece (they were early). Roger/Whitebeard pirates did nothing when Wano was in trouble (no reason given). The Gorosei did nothing serious to stop early Luffy, despite him having a "Gomu Gomu" fruit which clearly looked like a "Nika Nika" fruit (they didn't think about it). The list goes on. Still, One Piece is a fun story. Just accept a few inconsistencies, guys. It's going to be a 30ish year story. I challenge anyone to do better than Oda did...

Because, before the break, I was super hyped for major lore reveals as the build up had been insane.
